Ezequiel Sallis is Director in the FTI Technology segment and is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Mr. Sallis has more than 20 years in the field of information security and computer forensics, he began his career providing services for the banking industry. For more than 15 years he has worked for international companies and law enforcement, providing information security, computer forensics services, and being part in cybercrime investigations.
Mr. Sallis areas of expertise include data preservation, data acquisition, data recovery, data analysis, computer forensics and open source Intelligence. Additionally, Mr. Sallis has experience in the field of information security; he has leadership and active participation in projects related to security analysis, network security and application security. He is instructor with International experience in information security, computer forensics and cybercrime.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Sallis worked at the Cybercrime Division in the Department of Special Investigations of the Metropolitan Police in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He was in charge of the computer forensics’ lab where he investigated crimes such as scams, child pornography, fraud, drug trafficking and terrorism. The main function of this laboratory was to acquire and analyze digital evidence related to the investigated crime.
Mr. Sallis is a frequent speaker in many international conferences related with the information security and computer forensics fields.
