After knowing the declaration of a pandemic of COVID-19 by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the announcements made by the government of the City of Buenos Aires and the Government of Argentine, the organizers of the SSIG 2020 have decided to postpone it to the second semester of 2020.
The measures adopted by the City of Buenos Aires and the Argentine Government to prevent the spread of the disease, include the cancellation of numerous events. Following the WHO guidelines and attending to the restrictions and recommendations in this phase of containing the pandemic, the South School on Internet Governance decided to postpone it SSIG 2020 edition.
